Whether you want to lose weight or optimise your diet to achieve athletic goals, such changes should always be tackled in a controlled and professionalised manner. Together we can put together an ideal nutrition plan for you, which can also be combined with a training plan on request. In an introductory conversation we analyse your current eating habits and work out the most efficient, healthiest way for you to reach your goal. In an individual nutrition plan, I will show you different approaches and possibilities of how you can reach your goal not only in the shortest possible time, but also in a healthy, sustainable and safe way. We review your progress on a weekly basis and adapt the plan to the new challenges. Eating a healthy and balanced diet on a consistent basis does not always have to involve a lot of extra work. Together we will find a way for you to learn and appreciate the benefits of a healthy and balanced lifestyle, adapted to your needs, current life situation and possibilities.
